At Hevy, we are building the best social workout tracker app out there, and we are looking for a Product Manager to join our team. As a PM at Hevy, you’ll be responsible for crafting the product roadmap, exploring new features and shipping them to millions of users worldwide. You’ll work hand in hand with the Head of Product and collaborate with Designers and Developers to bring new features to life and improve the overall user experience.
We’re a small team supporting millions of users and adding thousands more every day, so the work you do will have a massive impact. You’ll build at scale across all our platforms: iOS, Android, WatchOS, WearOS, and web.
What you will do:
- Investigate opportunities by talking to users, gathering data, and understanding user problems.
- Explore solutions to these problems by mocking up early product iterations, considering trade-offs, and crafting a great product.
- Work closely with Design to create compelling and consistent user experiences.
- Organize the product pipeline, ensuring that resources are properly allocated while working alongside developers.
- Build, ship, and iterate. A/B test opportunities, analyze what’s working (or not) and why.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working on B2C software products, especially mobile apps.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- A user-first mindset – you focus on adding value to customers, and optimize for positive human impact.
- You are a high-energy doer, have strong opinions and a numbers-driven mindset.
- You can jump into Figma to iterate and explore product opportunities.
- Interest in weightlifting or calisthenics training.
- Bonus: If you have experience as a mobile app founder.
